The territory occupied by our queendom, 45.66991706332893, 18.961121454807873, is located on the banks of the Danube River, in the border area between the republics of Croatia and Serbia.
Historically, the border between Serbia and Croatia was defined by land registry information, but in 1947, river works changed the course of the Danube River, completely altering the border line. From that moment on, Serbia demanded that the centerline of the Danube be established as its border, while Croatia demanded respect for the border line that existed before the Danube’s course was modified, a border defined by land registry records.

With the dissolution of Yugoslavia and the emergence of Serbia and Croatia as internationally recognized countries in the mid-1990s, the separation between Serbia and Croatia became an international border.
In this way, some tracts of land located on the eastern bank of the Danube are claimed by both states, while a few tracts of land located on the western bank of the Danube are not claimed by either state. The land areas claimed by both states are disputed territories, while areas of land not recognized by either state have become unclaimed territories or «terra nullius«.
The areas considered «terras nullius» on the Serbia-Croatia border are:
1.-Gornja Siga (Cood. 45.768732027844614, 18.870423284734702)

2.-Siga Island or «Isla Liberty» (Cood. 45.77478622808276, 18.88574406212889)
3.-Third pocket of land (Cood. 45.59429322955182, 18.907909837378636)

4.-Second pocket of land (Cood. 45.64266465791561, 18.934345689688154)

In conclusion
In other words: Croatia claims that the territory where our queendom is located is not its own but belongs to Serbia. On the other hand Serbia claims that this territory is not its own but belongs to Croatia.
The difference between «disputed territories» and «terra nullius» is very clear: the «disputed territories» are claimed by two or more states, while «terra nullius» are territories claimed by anyone.
From the moment neither country wants to retain that border territory, that territory becomes «terra nullius,» or no man’s land. Why? Simply because neither Croatia is the one who can say what territory Serbia should possess, nor is Serbia the one who can decide what territory should belong to Croatia.
Unfortunately, Croatia does not consider these territories to be «terra nullius,» but it is very important to consider that these territories ceased to have an owner within the Federal People’s Republic of Yugoslavia beginning in 1947 (with the change in the course of the Danube River). Outside Yugoslavia, everyone accepted that these territories belonged to that country (Federal People’s Republic of Yugoslavia). But in 1992, with Croatia’s independence and the disappearance of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (as it was called after 1963), these territories became «ownerless» in an international way. In other words, these territories have been «terra nullius» long before the emergence of the Republic of Croatia in 1992.
Therefore all the territories indicated above become «terra nullius» and can be freely claimed, as «Liberland» and «The Republic of Verdis» have already done.
So to conclude: The Free Queendom of Lilith occupies points «5» and «6» defined above.
5.-First pocket of land (Cood. 45.67051593776439, 18.960781541506073)
6.-Land under the waters of the Danube (Cood. 45.68748687409764, 18.930054156059946)
It is our territory, and we will defend it against any attempt at seizure or invasion.
