Why is the Free Queendom Of Lilith a state?
Let’s read the first article of Convention Of Montevideo 1933:
ARTICLE 1
The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications:
(a) a permanent population;
(b) a defined territory;
(c) government;
(d) capacity to enter into relations with the other states.
We, the women of are proud to announce that we meet the requeriments (b) and (c) but, unfortunately we do not yet meet requirements (a) and (d).
We do not yet have a permanent population in our territory and until a high percentage of nations and countries in the world recognize the «Free Queendom Of Lilith, we will not be able to meet requirement (d) that is: we will not be able to have relations with them.

Why do we deserve to be recognized as a sovereign and free state?
a) The Free Queendom of Lilith is based on the self-government of its women and girls.
b) The territory on which our queendom is established is not claimed by any other state since both Croatia and Serbia refuse to recognize it as their own.
c) The Free Queendom of Lilith does not pose a threat to any country or nation, nor does it violate the territorial integrity of any state.
d) The Free Queendom of Lilith is not claimed by use of violence or force; on the contrary, we are committed to peace and dialogue.
e) Our queendom is not a separatist or secession movement from the moment it occupies an unowned territory.
f) The Free Queendom of Lilith is not a coup or takeover of an existing state.
g) No other state, entity, company, or private party has claimed the territory in which our queendom is located. There is no applicable counterclaim to that indicated territory.
We know about the bitter experience of people from the Free Republic of Verdis on October 12th, 2023, and we will not make the same mistake. We will pressure the international community day after day until we achieve our goal, and then we will occupy our land and settle it with the express consent of both Croatia and Serbia, as well as the entire (or majority) of the international community.
If you’re willing to live in our country, write to us, contact us. We need people willing to move to our little big queendom once we have the international recognition and logistics issues sorted out.
