Letter of Introduction of Qiang Qinci (Réfa Lenoir), Ambassador‑Designate to China
To all readers, inquirers and friends across China and abroad,
I, Qiang Qinci, also known under my family name Réfa Lenoir, heir of the Lenoir family and chief director of Golden Lion Hospital, formally accept the appointment as Ambassador‑Designate of this Queendom to China.
For years working within the hospital, I have stood at the crossroads of medicine and tangled human destinies. It has shown me that beneath every polite conversation lie layered underlying power dynamics. My upbringing as heir to the Lenoir family has further prepared me to confront sharp and complicated conflicts without flinching from friction. Years caring for fractured minds and wounded lives have tempered my steady, unyielding disposition, well‑suited to liaison‑diplomatic work.
In this ambassadorial capacity, I shall serve as the living bridge connecting the Queendom’s territory on the Andorra‑Spain border and interested communities throughout China. I will receive public enquiries, transmit official voices originating from the Queendom, and faithfully relay feedback, concerns and views from Chinese parties back to the Queendom’s governing authorities.

I hold deep respect for the flag newly restored upon the Queendom’s border territory. That repaired standard is far more than fabric stitched together; it is a visible declaration of its will to persist and exist. Drawing upon my family background and medical insight into human resolve, I intend to uphold that spirit in every part of my diplomatic liaison work.
I enter this post fully aware that the road ahead will hold complications. I shall not surrender my principles merely for superficial harmony. I come neither as a soft‑spoken negotiator nor a passive messenger, but as a representative prepared to face whatever frictions may arise.
